This in-person role requires strong communication, multitasking, and discretion in handling sensitive information; evenings and weekends during tax season are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
