Job summary

Alpha, a private K-12 school network, seeks an on-site Director of Client Relations to own the campus admissions process end-to-end. You will manage inquiries, tours, and the onboarding journey for families in one campus market.

Expect to handle 20+ active families, guide decisions in person, and ensure rigorous fit with high standards. You will use HubSpot/SIS for tracking and leverage AI tools for prep and summaries in a high-touch environment.

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients.
• Owned enrollment journey end-to-end from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in CRM/tracking system.
• Told prospective clients not to buy when not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely with executives and affluent families.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey from first inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at different stages daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, and shadow days.
• Deliver admit/decline decisions to families in person.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date; report pipeline health weekly.
