Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Client Services Director to own the enrollment journey for one campus, guiding families from first inquiry to the first day of school. You will manage 20+ active families at different stages, conduct tours, shadow days, and open houses to ensure the right fit.

You must have 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients, and you will use HubSpot and SIS for data and reporting. This is an on-site, W2 role with weekly compensation discussions.

• Owned admissions journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in CRM
• Knowledge of HubSpot and SIS usage

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding
• Manage 20+ active families at once
• Lead campus tours, info sessions, and shadow days
• Deliver admit or decline decisions to families
• Maintain HubSpot/SIS and report pipeline weekly
