Alpha is hiring for a Director of Client Relations at a campus to own the enrollment journey from inquiry through onboarding. You will manage 20 or more active families at various stages and respond to inquiries promptly, shaping outcomes with precision and empathy.

You will lead tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days, delivering clear admit or decline decisions in person. This on-site role requires exceptional client management and strategic communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with families as buyers (âB2Câ).
• Owned client journey from first inquiry to commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/similar system.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to enroll if not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in client-facing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at once and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit/decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up to date; report pipeline health weekly.
