Job summary

Alpha, a private K-12 school network, is hiring an Admissions Director to own one campus's enrollment journey end-to-end. You will guide families from inquiry to first day, manage 20+ active cases, and work on-site every day in your campus.

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers of $25,000+ per client.
• Owned client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ relationships simultaneously in a CRM.
• Told a prospective client not to buy if it wasn’t the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely with executives and demanding clients.
• Led in-person tours, meetings, or hosted experiences for affluent families.
• Built a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days.
• Owned measurable enrollment or high-value customer-acquisition targets.
• Willing to live in an open campus market and work on-site daily.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enroll the right families at one campus and make declines feel like good service.
• Manage 20+ active families at once and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admission decisions to families in person.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly.
