Job summary

Alpha School is hiring for a Director of Client Enrollment to own the campus-wide admissions journey from the initial inquiry through the first day of school. You will engage families, manage a large caseload, and coordinate tours and shadow days at one campus.

You will maintain CRM data, use AI tools to summarize interactions, and report pipeline health to leadership weekly. This is an on-site, full-time role in one of Alpha's markets across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer of $25,000+ per client or $2,000+/month.
• Owned a client, admissions, or enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy if not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admission decisions directly to families.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated after every interaction.
