Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with $25k+ per client or $2k+ per month.
• Owned client/admissions/membership journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/database.
• Able to say no to unauthentic enrollments when not a fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own admissions journey end-to-end for one campus.
• Manage 20+ active families across stages with prompt inquiries.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, and shadow days.
• Deliver admit or decline decisions to families.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; report pipeline health weekly.
