Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day part, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety protocols while delivering scratch-cooked meals.

This live-on-site position requires a strong work ethic, ability to lead a high-volume kitchen, stand for long periods, and thrive in a rustic camp setting.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch/institutional baking experience.
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities.
• Able to navigate iPad and kitchen tech for ordering and reporting.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
