Wolfoods is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rustic, on-site summer camp operations. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage the kitchen team, and ensure strict allergen safety compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This seasonal contract runs May through September, with full-time hours and an on-site live-in arrangement. Perks include competitive pay, a performance bonus, free room & board, and travel

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Scratch baking experience in institutional/batch settings.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff to high-energy, positive performance.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and daily reporting.
