Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead on-site kitchen operations at our rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure strict allergen safety protocols.

This is a hands-on, live-in role in a fast-paced environment requiring exceptional leadership, high-volume cooking, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to live on-site in rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Strict allergen safety management and health department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
