Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Business Applications System Administrator to manage and optimize core business applications such as iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira. The role is onsite in Washington, DC, requiring five days per week on-site support and collaboration across IT, development, and business units.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT/CS or related fields with 3–5 years of enterprise experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of administering business applications (iManage, eRooms, Confluence, Jira) in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in administering iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting (Python, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core business applications: iManage, eRooms, Confluence, Jira.
• Perform system configuration, updates, and patches for peak performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to performance, access, and integration.
• Monitor system health, logs, and metrics; resolve problems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles for proper access control.
• Assess performance and implement improvements for speed and reliability.
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
• Configure and maintain Confluence/Jira workflows and add-ons.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations and troubleshooting.
• Apply software updates, patches, and security fixes; participate in change management.
