Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Jira Platform Administrator and Application Support Engineer to drive automation, governance, and enterprise platform ownership across IT and security teams in Austin, TX. You will own Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira Assets, building scalable workflows and integrations.

• 5+ years of experience in Jira administration, application support, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Design and maintain workflows, permissions, dashboards, SLAs, and automation.
