Job summary

DOJ Antitrust Division is seeking a System Administrator to manage and optimize business applications (iManage, eRooms, Confluence, Jira) to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operations across teams. You will configure, patch, and troubleshoot, while maintaining documentation and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Public Trust clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 4–8 years of experience administering these enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Public Trust security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience administering business applications (iManage, eRooms, Confluence, Jira) in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing iManage upgrades and migrations.
• Proficient in administering iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core business applications: iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.
• Perform system configuration, updates, and patches for peak performance.
• Troubleshoot application issues related to performance, access, and integration.
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics; resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles for proper access control.
• Regularly assess performance and implement improvements for speed and reliability.
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
• Review and apply software updates, patches, and security fixes.
• Participate in change management for new versions/configurations.
