Job summary

System One in Washington, DC is seeking a Business Applications System Administrator for an onsite contract role. You will administer core business applications such as iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira, perform configurations, updates, and patches to keep systems secure and responsive for business needs.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience with the listed tools, and proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell or Python) and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience administering iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira or similar systems in an enterprise environment.
• Proficient in administering and supporting the listed applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core business applications: iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira.
• Perform system configuration, updates, and patches to ensure applications run optimally.
• Troubleshoot issues related to performance, user access, and integration between systems.
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics; resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles for proper access control.
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
