Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an Atlassian IT Service Manager to work remotely for a federal client. You will analyze requirements, design Jira/Confluence solutions, and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and support mission delivery.

As Jira/Confluence administrator, you will configure, maintain, and optimize the platforms, translate business needs into technical configurations, and deliver user training to ensure adoption and ongoing value.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence for software development and/or operations teams.
Familiarity with forms and reporting design, data modeling, and scalable configuration solutions for large organizations.
US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience developing JSM solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements across the Atlassian tool suite.
Serve as the administrator for Jira and Confluence environments—configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the platforms.
Translate business requirements into technical configurations and deliver user training.
