Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic math.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life-safety and control systems.
• Ensure systems meet applicable codes and client standards.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials storage and disposal.
• Review building-system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for operation within design specs.
• Collaborate with team and lead by example consistent with company values.
