Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience; combination of experience and education acceptable.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions; prior shift supervision experience is a plus.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs, ladders; lift 50+ lbs).
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple sources of information; willingness to adopt new perspectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset; capable of handling moderately complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management; optimize system efficiency.
• Assist preventive maintenance; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Safely store and dispose of hazardous materials; keep a clean, safe workplace.
• Review building systems to ensure operation aligns with design specs and client environment.
