Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group in Gastonia, NC is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, sell memberships and travel products, and provide friendly, reliable service in a fast-paced, in-office setting.

You will build relationships, drive satisfaction and sales, and support the branch team with administrative tasks, while working a schedule Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm with possible rotating Saturdays. Career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused experience with timely, helpful solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic workplace tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads and promote insurance and travel offers.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate when needed.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer.
• Provide branch and team support during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
