Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a driven insurance sales professional in Charlotte, NC. You will own sales and service of ACG-branded and brokered products, build client relationships, and expand through community referrals while meeting performance targets.

Requires active P&C and Life/Health licenses (or eligibility), a HS diploma, and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and ramp-up incentives available.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products; meet or exceed sales targets and incentives.
• Conduct insurance reviews, identify gaps, quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build and maintain rapport with members; respond to inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
• Prospect through community engagement, referrals, and local events to develop new business.
