Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative in Charleston to greet, assist, and sell memberships and travel products. You will help members with information, resolve routine questions, and support sales goals in a friendly, on-site branch environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced office setting, with a schedule Monday–Friday and possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, exercise good judgment and seek solutions.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling memberships, travel products, and other offerings.
• Generate leads and conduct outbound calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and refer complex issues to senior staff when needed.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer while supporting branch goals.
