Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative in a full-time, in-office role in Morrow, GA. You will welcome members, promote products, handle payments, and help resolve issues to drive satisfaction and growth.

You'll support travel and insurance services, generate leads, and assist the sales team during peak periods, while maintaining accuracy and strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer-focused environment with timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use good judgment and seek solutions.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology.
• Ability to multitask and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting membership and services.
• Generate leads and promote travel and insurance specials.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve complaints or escalate as needed.
• Process payments for policies and travel products and balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance staff as needed.
