Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a full-time Insurance Sales role. You will manage sales and service of insurance, memberships, and financial products, building trusted relationships with members while meeting sales targets.

Training and support are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Base pay is non-exempt with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group memberships.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills with ability to grow a client base.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct reviews, assess risk, identify gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build rapport with members, respond promptly to inquiries, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Prospect locally, engage in community events, and develop referral networks.
