Job summary

HRCap, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales & Commercial Operations Specialist for our Pleasanton, CA on-site team to drive new business pipelines and engage with scientific customers.

You will own post-sales workflow, manage PO processing, order tracking, and onboarding while collaborating with marketing and business development to accelerate nationwide growth.

A hunter mindset, 2–4 years in life sciences sales, and fluency with CRMs are essential; relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related life sciences.
• 2–4 years in inside sales, customer success, or post-sales support in life sciences.
• Experience navigating CRMs (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Lead Generation: Identify, map, and cultivate high-potential enterprise accounts and biotech targets using CRM and sales-enablement tools.
• Outbound Outreach & Qualification: Conduct targeted outbound campaigns, cold outreach, and follow-ups to qualify leads and introduce capabilities.
• Campaign Collaboration: Partner with marketing and Senior Business Development Manager to execute regional campaigns, product launches, and industry event strategies.
• Post-Sales Fulfillment: Own PO processing, logistics/order tracking, and customer onboarding.
• CRM Stewardship: Maintain data integrity in CRM, track deal progress, and support sales forecasting.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with logistics, quality control, and application specialists for a premium customer experience.
• Account Upselling: Monitor order patterns to identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
