Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests at car wash and lube entry points. This role suits sales- and service-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping customers choose services that best meet their needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required
• Background check may be required by policy and law
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or as required by law)
• Valid driver’s license preferred (location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance, etc.)
• Identify needs through questions and listening
• Educate on wash/detail and maintenance packages; highlight value
• Promote memberships (Fast Pass, Unlimited) and current promotions
• Assist with payment transactions at the kiosk and handle inquiries
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety/maintenance concerns
• Collaborate with site team for smooth operations
• Perform routine site tasks including cleaning and upkeep
• Adapt to non-traditional hours including evenings/weekends
