Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC in Virginia seeks a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) at our car wash and lube centers. You will greet guests, educate on packages, promote memberships, and handle payments at the kiosk with a focus on delivering a best-in-class experience.

Ideal candidates are sales- and service-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and comfortable handling multiple tasks from routine cleaning to assisting with promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance or touchpoints).
• Identify customer needs through open-ended questions and active listening.
• Educate customers on wash and detail packages, highlighting features and value.
• Educate customers on lube/ maintenance packages at select locations, highlighting features and value.
• Promote and sell memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Present and explain current promotions to encourage purchases.
• Assist customers with payment transactions at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy to guide customers to the best solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth operations and perform duties as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe car wash environment.
• Perform other duties to support team and site performance.
