Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests at our car wash and lube center locations. You will educate customers on services, upsell memberships, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience at the kiosk or entry.

This role suits sales- and service-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy talking with people, and can handle payment transactions while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Background check approval required by policy.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (location-dependent).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel).
• Identify needs through questions and listening.
• Educate on wash and detail packages, highlight value.
• Educate on lube packages at select locations.
• Promote memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited.
• Present current promotions to encourage purchases.
• Assist with payment at kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks around site.
• Handle other duties supporting site performance.
