Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests at car wash and lube center entry points. You will educate customers on wash, detail, and lube packages, promote memberships, and handle kiosk payments while delivering a best-in-class experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be flexible with hours and able to stand for long periods outdoors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sale experience preferred, not required.
• Must pass background check per company policies and laws.
• Must be at least 16 years old (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel).
• Identify needs via questions and listening.
• Educate on wash, detail, and lube packages and memberships.
• Handle payments at kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Overcome objections and guide customers to best solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report concerns.
• Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and site tasks as needed.
