This on-site, full-time, hourly role supports the administration of employee benefits, including health plans, retirement programs, disability, life insurance, and leaves.

Ideal for early-career HR professionals with strong experience administering the full cycle of Leave of Absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience with benefits administration.
• Familiarity with payroll/benefits systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Benefits administration for health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) plans.
• Leave administration (FMLA, disability, personal leaves, etc.).
• Support employee enrollment and respond to benefits questions.
