CRG Contractors seeks an LOA Coordinator for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC, handling STD, FMLA, and ADA processes. The role also provides mail support for the Leave of Absence team in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, with experience in a call-center or customer-support setting and proficiency in MS Office.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience supporting leave of absence inquiries.
• Knowledge of FMLA and state leave regulations; state-specific leave experience preferred.
• 3+ years in a customer support or call-center environment.
• Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented with analytic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Mansioni

• Support employees through STD, FMLA, and ADA leave processes.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and manage priorities.
• Document call activity and case details in AbsenceSoft/Absence Tracker.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in leave requests.
• Maintain organized records across systems.
