Job summary

The iServ Group – Licensed Franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ in Ocala, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, develop a 25–40 person team, and deliver a consistent guest experience.

You will manage front and back of house, control costs, coach staff, and partner with upper management on performance reviews and growth opportunities. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with hustle and structure.
• Proven ability to coach team members, resolve conflicts, and reduce turnover.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and hourly staff.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic math; able to read schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25–40 hourly staff, including scheduling and coaching.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, speed, and guest experience.
• Contribute to managing P&L by controlling food and labor costs and reducing waste.
• Partner with General Manager on performance reviews, promotions, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure staffing aligns with budget and store objectives.
