Job summary

iServ, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to work on site at Sonny’s BBQ locations in Ocala, FL. The role focuses on leading shifts, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering the high standard of guest service iServ upholds.

You will work closely with the management team, balance front- and back-of-house needs, and model the company values during every shift. This hands-on leadership position offers growth into broader restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Open and close responsibilities as assigned.
• Support the Management Team with daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, develop, and onboard new team members.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, timely, and consistent service.
• Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and operations.
