iServ / Sonny’s BBQ is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Ocala, FL to lead day-to-day operations and deliver a consistent guest experience. You will manage 25–40 hourly staff, drive training, scheduling, and coaching, while partnering with leadership on performance reviews and internal growth.

This on-site, full-time role requires backbone in P&L management, cost controls, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays; on-site leadership role.
• Proven ability to coach, resolve conflicts and reduce turnover.
• Ability to communicate objectives to management and hourly staff.
• Basic math, reading schedules, and using simple systems (POS, email, reporting).

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Lead and develop a team of 25–40 hourly employees, including training and scheduling.
• Contribute to P&L management by controlling food/labor costs and waste.
• Ensure front and back of house operations run smoothly and on-brand.
• Communicate with upper management and guests; manage feedback.
• Partner with General Manager on performance reviews and growth opportunities.
