Job summary

Pinnacle Live, an in-house AV and event production company, seeks an Event Services Technician to support floor operations within premier hotels and resorts across North America. You will assist with setup, operation, and strike of technology solutions while delivering exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, exposure to AV/hospitality, and solid computer/ networking basics.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot AV equipment.
• Plans ahead and prioritizes tasks to meet event timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple events.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations for events, including setup, strike, and operation of AV equipment.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is secure and in good working order.
• Communicate with clients to ensure event success and address requests.
• Keep company SOPs in mind and comply with safety measures.
