Pinnacle Live is seeking an On Call Event Services Technician to assist with floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in a hospitality setting. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to guests and clients.

Responsibilities include inventory management, client communication, and ensuring devices are in proper working order. On-call role within premier hotels and resorts, emphasizing safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and strike event sets according to SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients and instruct on equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Review invoices with client and obtain signatures.
• Ensure inventory security and good working order of equipment.
• Communicate with client to ensure event success.
• Continually improve technical skills in audio, video, staging and networking.
