Job summary

Pinnacle Live seeks an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality setting. You will deliver unmatched customer service to guests and clients while ensuring equipment is secure, functional, and properly documented.

The role emphasizes strong technical aptitude, planning, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with hotel staff and clients across North America.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking).

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Greet guests/clients before events and provide clear instructions on equipment use.
• Maintain accurate client event information in the company systems.
• Ensure inventory is secure and in good working order.
