Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Resident Maintenance Technician in Litchfield Park, AZ to provide first-class maintenance support for automated storage and retrieval systems and associated conveyors at customer sites. You will diagnose electro-mechanical faults, calibrate equipment, and work with the customer to maximize uptime.

Qualifications include an associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation and 0-3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferably in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation or related or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Rectify electro-mechanical faults and provide specialist maintenance support.
• Respond to emergency calls by customer and ensure safe operation of systems.
• Provide first-class responses to customer with a focus on reliability and quick time resolution.
• Maintain and calibrate precision automation equipment and conveyors.
• Train customer maintenance teams as needed and document activities.
