Job summary

Encore is hiring a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure smooth events, verify equipment works on site, and coordinate with guests and staff.

Requires a High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred), 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience, and audiovisual exposure. You may lift up to 50 lbs and drive as needed; prior certifications may be required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment per the technical qualifications.
• Exceed expectations and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues quickly and professionally.
• Complete system entries and coordinate with staff and outside vendors for equipment.
