Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs in our Trenton, NJ area. The role involves on-site support, basic module troubleshooting, and following training to resolve tasks using our service app.

You will perform maintenance and report hours, travel as needed, and maintain inventory while upholding safety standards. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job, including extended travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers’ locations.
• Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU) and know when to elevate issues.
• Apply on-the-job training to resolve straightforward tasks using manual skills.
• Provide clear communication using our service app to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and work details promptly, including call closures.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours worked and miles driven daily.
