Job summary

NCR Atleos Corporation is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer sites in the Philadelphia area. You will learn to diagnose issues from logs, perform basic repairs, and document all work with our service app.

The role offers hands-on training with growth opportunities and a competitive hourly wage. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and work outside in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures on ATMs and complete NCR Atleos trainings.
• Diagnose problems using error logs and service app; perform basic repairs.
• Maintain accurate reporting of work performed, call closures and hours/miles.
• Keep parts inventory and records up to date; manage equipment and tools.
• Escalate issues when necessary and communicate clearly with customers.
