NCR Atleos in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at customer locations. This entry-level role includes comprehensive hands-on training, safety procedures, and in-field learning to diagnose basic module issues and perform routine maintenance.

You will document work, manage parts, and travel to sites with a company device and a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidates reside in the local area, have a high school diploma or equivalent, can obtain work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the US and able to provide proof of eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures on ATM service tasks.
• Diagnose problems from error logs and service app.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs.
• Accurately report hours, miles, and work details.
• Maintain inventory and report parts needs.
