Job summary

NCR Atleos seeks an on-site ATM technician to represent the brand at customer locations, perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, and communicate clearly via the service app. You will plan time, follow safety procedures, and complete required training to ensure reliable ATM availability.

The role requires physical capability, a valid US work authorization, and the ability to travel as needed. Reliable transportation is essential for daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation for work.
• Ability to travel for several hours in a day; inclement weather OK.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• High integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site at customer locations.
• Perform basic module-level troubleshooting on ATMs.
• Organize and plan time effectively; elevate issues appropriately.
• Apply on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems.
• Provide clear communication via service app to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety and security procedures on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos training and certifications.
• Diagnose ATM problems using logs and app data; use company phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on indoor/outdoor ATMs.
• Report work updates and call-closure information promptly.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours and miles daily.
• Work on call-by-call dispatch or daily schedule.
