Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Toms River, NJ to service ATMs at customer sites. You’ll receive hands-on training and work independently while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include diagnosing basic ATM issues, performing light maintenance, and logging hours and miles using our service app. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions including prolonged travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proof of minimum insurance coverage as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications on the training site.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately report updates and details of work performed at the ATM.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours worked and miles driven daily.
