NCRAtleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs at client locations in Edison, NJ or Trenton, NJ. The role follows a Friday–Tuesday schedule with midweek days off, and multiple shift options.

Training will cover safety, device troubleshooting, and on-site repairs, with career growth opportunities. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid US work authorization, a driver’s license, and ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for service calls.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with Android devices and field service apps.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and completion details accurately with timestamps.
• Maintain inventory records and hours/mileage logs.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on every site visit.
