Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site, full-time Assistant to the Business Manager for an apartment community in Monrovia, CA. The role supports leasing, resident services, and day-to-day operations under the supervision of the Business Manager.

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with on-site duties and collaboration with maintenance and service teams. The position emphasizes maintaining occupancy, accurate lease administration, budget tracking, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in leasing and resident services to support occupancy goals.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks including lease files, bookkeeping, and basic accounting processes.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with vendors and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with advertising, leasing, and community outreach to support occupancy goals.
• Prepare and sign rental agreements in the Business Manager's absence.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs, inspections, and resident concerns.
• Create and implement resident retention strategies.
• Maintain lease files and assist with bookkeeping; collect and deposit rent; monitor delinquent accounts.
