Legacy Partners is seeking an assistant to the Business Manager for on-site operations of a multifamily community. This full-time role covers leasing, resident services, admin support, and day-to-day property operations to maintain occupancy and fiscal stability.

You will work under the Business Manager, supervise staff when needed, and help ensure safe, well-maintained, compliant communities. On-site duties and benefits support long-term community success.

Responsabilidades

• Leasing & Resident Services – Assist with advertising, leasing, and community outreach to support occupancy goals. Prepare and sign rental agreements in the Business Manager's absence. Manage move-ins/move-outs, perform apartment inspections, and resolve resident concerns. Create and implement resident retention strategies.
