Property Management Associates is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee multifamily properties in Bellflower, CA. The role requires on-site living, supervision of staff and vendors, and active leasing activities to maintain occupancy. A strong background in Yardi along with MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff & vendors.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office knowledge.
• Perform daily/weekly property walk-throughs.
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Must live on-site and be on-call with one weekend day.
• Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance.
• Background check, DMV and Pre-Employment Physical required.
