Job summary

11Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our Post Falls communities. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver exceptional service, manage leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident satisfaction.

This on-site role requires 1+ year in leasing or hospitality, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; regular Tuesday–Saturday schedule and on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• An associate or bachelor's degree is a plus (preferred).
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for phone, written, and face-to-face interactions.
• Ability to de-escalate conflict professionally and maintain relationships.
• Detail-oriented with high operational standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• On-site work; remote work not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents, prospective residents, and internal team members with timely follow-up.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management, ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in, including tours and applications.
• Support sales and marketing, maintain accurate online advertising, and reflect market conditions.
• Conduct regular property walks to maintain curb appeal and address issues with maintenance.
• Inspect units after move-outs and before move-ins for standards compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete work orders and communicate statuses.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
