Job summary

Cowles Real Estate in Spokane, WA is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee leasing operations, marketing, and property management for our apartment communities. You will lead tours, process leases, and coordinate maintenance to deliver excellent resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of PM/Leasing experience, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage rentals, insurance, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Property Manager/Leasing Manager experience in a multi-family community.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient with standard office software.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of applicable housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Market the apartment community through online ads and social media.
• Tour model units and engage prospective residents.
• Manage leases, renewals, and rent collection with accuracy.
