Job summary

Two-Coast-Living is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a multifamily property in Seattle. You will work with a Property Manager to oversee leasing and maintenance, handle administrative tasks, and produce operational reports to drive performance.

The role requires 2+ years in multifamily management, strong communication, and proficient use of AMSI/Entrata; a valid driver's license and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience with leasing or sales.
• Experience supervising two or more employees.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic accounting concepts.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and maintenance operations for a multifamily property.
• Support administrative functions and operational reporting.
• Manage rent collection and ensure timely recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with vendors, staff, and residents; address concerns.
• Assist the Property Manager with scheduling and team leadership.
