Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager to work at St. Luke's Apartments in Richmond, VA.

The on-site role supports the Community Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks. The position requires supervising leasing, maintenance, and housekeeping staff; reviewing market data; maintaining rental records; assisting with resident requests and renewal programs; and ensuring rent collection and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site property management and leasing operations.
• Familiarity with HUD/HAP and tax credit programs.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and manage rental and leasing records.
• Assist Community Manager with resident requests reporting and recording.
• Support renewal and retention programs.
• Process rents, receipts, and delinquent rent collections.
• Provide required reports.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
